Method 1 - Visualization

It's all in the psyche says California Governor and five-time victor of the Mr. Universe Title, Arnold Schwarzenegger. He is a major advocate of visualization. "When I was exceptionally youthful," Schwarzenegger remarks, "I visualized myself being and having what it was I wanted. Mentally I never had any doubts about it. The brain is really so staggering. Before I won my first Mr. Universe, I walked around the tournament like I claimed it. The title was already mine. I had won it so often in my mind that there was no doubt I would win it. Then when I proceeded onward to the motion pictures, the same thing. I visualized myself being a fruitful actor and earning huge cash. I could feel and taste achievement. I just realized it would all happen." Though this statement was made preceding his political aspirations, we can certainly assume that he visualized being chosen the primary "outside" senator. 

Visualization is using your imagination to see yourself in a situation that hasn't happened yet. It's envisioning yourself having, being or doing the thing you want, and effectively achieving the outcomes you want. 

Here are the means to effectively visualize your wants: 

Settle on exactly what it is you want. An example is pass your driver's test, get an advancement, meet your ideal mate, be the best web marketer, and so forth. You get the idea.
